Tip # 1: Know Thyself:

Tip #2: Choose Wisely:

When considering a network marketing opportunity, we recommend the following:

Choose a company with vision and quality products, preferably with a growing market.

You will be representing these to others and your passion for both will shine through. Find a company whose purpose closely matches your own. (Of course, it's wise to check their reputation, and length of time in business.)

(Network Marketing generates significant incomes for millions of people worldwide. Choose carefully, as you know, "get-rich-quick" artists seem to be attracted to this type of business.)

Review and Understand the Compensation Plan.

We prefer those that provide high returns, while offering multiple income streams, and of course residual income.

Many offer 1-up, or 2-up plans, meaning as a new associate, you refer your first sales to your sponsor. (These types of plans receive a great deal of ridicule, however, our experience has proven most to be very valuable for 2 reasons:

The first; Your sponsor has a vested interest in helping you succeed. These sales are usually referred to as training sales, which give you an opportunity to learn the nuances of network marketing and your products.

Secondly; When you are fully qualified, as you grow your own business, you will benefit from the leverage these sales bring to you.

Find a Sponsor who is willing to serve as your Mentor.

If you're new to network marketing, you'll be much more successful, if you are coached well. When exploring your options, look for a sponsor whose been with their company for more than 6 months.

Tip #3: Position Yourself To Succeed:

Network marketing offers one of the best opportunities for success in your own home based business, partly because the startup costs are minimal as compared to most conventional business types, (i.e., a typical franchise may cost anywhere from $25,000 to well over $500,000.).

Once you've decided on the company and products...you must be willing to position yourself to leverage your business. You are investing in yourself and your business. After all, isn't that why you chose network marketing?

Do everything you can early on, to position yourself and your business to reap the full benefits of your compensation plan.

Most compensation plans are designed to benefit those who position themselves to take full advantage of the marketing levels within the company. Those at the top, always reap the most income... Therefore, do everything you can early on, to position yourself and your business to reap those same benefits.

Tip #4: Choose Success and Stay Focused:

Create your own success. When you've found the proper fit of company and product and positioned yourself to reap the highest returns possible. Take action, that is follow through on your decision...you will see results. (It's about the law of attraction, you know!)

Surround yourself with successful people, find others who are achieving the results you desire...the old adage,"it will rub off"...is truth!

Every single network marketing company we're aware of, wants you to focus soley on their company's products - Essentially, they want to own you. That's good for them, however, not for you!

What?...That's against what your sponsor recommended?...Ok, go ahead; but make sure you personalize it every way you can. Make it reflect YOUR personality...(Our suggestion?...Plan to use it on a temporary basis.)

Develop you own personalized website -You will be far more successful by developing your own personalized website, focusing on a facet of your products' benefits...You will stand out!..You will have a unique voice. (Be sure to comply with your company's guidelines.)

Tip # 7: Develop Leads Through Relationship Building:

Your single greatest challenge will be obtaining qualified leads; individuals who are genuinely interested in your product or service; someone who may be interested in the opportunity you represent.

Focus on Providing Quality Information. Remember your potential customers don't even know you exist!...When searching on the internet, they are seeking information, and when you provide them solutions and answers to their questions, you become a credible resource, thus building a foundation for a trusting relationship.

Your goal is to convert visitors to your website, into customers:

Purchasing leads is not only expensive, most simply aren't the quality necessary for good relationship building. Build a sustainable business, that generates traffic, which in turn meets the needs of those seeking information about your product or service. Over-deliver! You will set yourself apart from your counterparts, and generate interest. You will no longer need to purchase leads or pay for expensive pay-per-click advertising.
